Upon your arrival Host Manager Ruth Poulter or the Matronis will warmly welcome you into the Inn with a short tour and orientation. You will be invited to spend some time along Deer Creek and view the award winning gardens.

As the tensions of modern day melt away, you will find that whether in the gardens or the unique surroundings within the inn, this setting will bring you back to a time when romance and elegance ruled your every thought. Before dinner a glass of wine (or soft drink), with your hosts and you’re off to enjoy Nevada City's fine restaurants. After dinner and a sampling of the great night life and music, the Inn's comfortable rooms and beds will beckon those sleepy eyes. Good night.....

Morning already and you are ready for our special Deer Creek Inn breakfast. Preceding breakfast, the hosts will offer a presentation of each morning’s tasty multi course breakfast. Although you can’t imagine it… by morning you will be hungry all over again... and overeating is not frowned upon
